Delicious Summer Fruit Salad
Are you ready for the easiest and tastiest fruit salad of your life???? Well then hold on, because this is about to be good.
Slice up your favorite fruits that you have laying around the home, grab some honey and some essential oils (or citrus fruits) and I’ll make you a party favorite when you bring this dish to gatherings.
We use Young Living oils in our home because of the purity and standards. Since their oils are so pure, they have a vitality line that can be used for cooking and consumption. If by chance you don’t have these oils, you could try simply squeezing one lemon and one lime into your fruit salad. You’d one a significant amount of the juice from the fruit.
We use Lemon vitality and Lime vitality in our fruit salad, along with honey. A very large salad to serve guests needs around 5 tablespoons of honey, while a smaller salad for a summer day lunch only needs around 2 tablespoons of honey. Once you pour your honey into the salad, add your essential oils and simply mix up!
I always do more lime than lemon in my salads. For a smaller salad for the family in a medium size bowl, I do 3 tbs honey, 5 drops Lime oil, 3 drops Lemon oil. You can always add more or less depending on your preference. For larger bowels to feed more, up your drops of oil and your tablespoons of honey.
We love to use blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, oranges, apples, grapes and sometimes bananas in our salad. You can use so many different things and even add walnuts or pecans for a little extra pizazz.
