Easy, Stylish BoHo Birthday Party for Toddlers
In my house, in my closet and in just about any and everything that my personal style is reflected, you'll see BOHO or tribal accents and touches. I live for dream catchers, feathers, arrows and prints. It's just ME and luckily, those things happen to be the trend right now so planning a BOHO style party for my girls was very easy.
First off, lots of things for this party actually came from around my home, in particular from Little Fox's nursery (which I'll share soon). It was easy to get this party going because I had so much on hand, but even the things that I purchased were inexpensive and easy to put together.
Also, if you've ever questioned the amount of time that it takes to put a party together, then I am here to let you know that it can be done in the blink of an eye. We changed our girl's birthday party by having it a week early and the decision was made about 30 hours before the party. So within 30 hours, I had to square away the food, order a cake and finish up the decorations that I had in mind (like making the highchair banner and chalkboard, etc...).
It can be done people. Some bakeries (like grocery store ones) can come up with delicious, beautiful cakes in less than 24 hours. Food prep can be easy (or especially easy if your hosts, um your babies' grandparents are cooking) and decorations can be setup in just the right amount of time to make everything come together beautifully.
So enough of my blabber and onto the party, shall we.
Putting together a stylish and fun party doesn't have to break the bank. Use items from around your home to incorporate into the decor and buy staples like burlap table runners in the Target dollar spot to reuse every year or lace table cloths. Many of our birthday items get recycled year after year!
I love being practical and savvy. Save your items and incorporate them each year. Be a little green!
