How I Use Essential Oils Daily
I think one of the hardest things about switching to natural products, essential oils or a healthier lifestyle in general is fear. Fear of being overwhelmed, fear of not knowing enough, fear of not being able to succeed at the switch. And it is totally okay and understandable because for some people, making such lifestyle changes can be a big jump. And in my opinion, the first step of success is just making the jump to begin with.
I love to share how I use essential oils daily because it helps others realize just how easily they can to. Why do I love essential oils? Well there are many reasons, but the big one is that they just make me feel better. I can tell when I'm off routine how much my body is affected (kinda like how I feel sluggish right now because of all the holiday crap I keep eating). And yes - I am not perfect and fall off of routine sometimes. Moving recently halted my routine and I have felt that big time. The best I felt in awhile was right after having my baby this summer and it just so happens my oily routine was out of this world. I felt energetic, free, joyful and full of life. And really, what postpartum mother can typically say she feels that way after a new baby (her third baby at that)? I'm telling you my friend, these little drops of Heaven do wonderful things.
Using essential oils will eventually become a routine for you. Or perhaps you haven't even started yet but you're curious about them. Well, this graphic below can still help you see just how easily I can use nature to support me, rather than having to turn to other items first. You can see just how easy my routine is and how there's wiggle room for anything really.
The New Year is quickly approaching and I have many health goals that I want to achieve. But for me, I know I am already doing the best I can to cut the chemicals from our home - how about you? Is it something that you desire to do? Something that you're curious about? I would love to chat with you!
Make this New Year the best and healthiest one yet. Don't fret over the pounds you still have, don't fret over the fact that you only get to the gym one time a week and don't make some ridiculous resolution to lose a ton of weight that is just going to be too hard to do. Just make a resolution to be healthy with small changes.
After all, small changes lead to big things.
